Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email reception@bayplasticsurgery.co.nz within 7 days of purchase to make arrangements for returning your product. All items returned must be unused, sealed in original wrapping and in as-new condition. 

There is no refund on postage for returned products.

Credit with Bay Plastic Surgery is held for returned products.

Delivery Policy

Delivery charges are $5.50 within the North Island and $7.50 anywhere within the South Island.

Delivery of products can take up to 5 working days.

All prices include GST and are in New Zealand dollars.
